The company, www.moderneamerica.com, rents its large three floor 6,500 sqft. building for commercial purposes. These include TV commercials,  movie production, fashion shows, music videos, etc.

All the art work, art deco, mid century and mid century modern images on the website are available at the location and can be used for commercial purposes. All the furniture is available for commercial usage.

The building has hosted groups of up to 150 guests and is ideal for small or medium size events using all or parts of the three story space.

The business is run by Lewis Okser of ModerneAmerica.
